Phillip Ginsburg

I’m most interested in numbers when they lead to action.

Whether I’m building a financial-literacy platform used by students worldwide, managing budgets for a nonprofit initiative, or supporting research and modeling in finance environments, my focus is consistent: translating complex information into clear, practical next steps.

I’m drawn to work at the intersection of finance, data, and systems-building — where analysis directly informs decisions. I value clarity, disciplined thinking, and environments where rigor and accountability matter.

Projects & Initiatives

Casharoo is a gamified financial-literacy platform designed to make core financial concepts interactive, measurable, and accessible to students. I co-founded Casharoo to move financial education beyond static instruction and into systems students actively engage with.

I lead business strategy and growth, contributing across product direction, outreach, and iteration. My work includes designing lesson structures, engagement mechanics, dashboards, and platform features to support sustained classroom adoption.

Casharoo serves 1,000+ total users, with 400+ daily active users, and is implemented in five schools, with additional schools onboarding. The platform supports 12 languages and is used globally, enabling scalable adoption across diverse educational settings. The emphasis is on building practical financial habits through structured, data-driven systems.
